For the eighth edition of Les Zinspiré.e.s, five teenagers bring to fruition their theatrical dream. By reminding you of the lightness of being, by finding inspiration in the smallest details of everyday life and by sharing their take on problems that overwhelm us all, they simultaneously provide a snapshot of today’s society.
Supported in their writing by professional Toronto authors, these budding playwrights put down on paper their inner lives Winner of the Dora Mavor Moore Award (2016, 2018) for Best Direction for a Youth Show (Sébastien Bertrand and Chanda Gibson respectively) and frequently nominated for Best Performance by an Ensemble, this production will immerse you in a moment suspended in time … an endlessly waking dream.
