Les Filles du roi: Meeting the Author
Théâtre français de Toronto (TfT) is thrilled to introduce its latest creation, Les Filles du roi, an original play envisioned by Sébastien Bertrand, the talented author behind the acclaimed web series, Les Liaisons dangereuses: correspondances inédites. Drawing inspiration from a pivotal historical event crucial to Canada's formation, this mesmerizing production whisks you away to the year 1673, where you'll find yourself amidst the vast Atlantic Ocean, aboard a vessel bound for New France.
Under the direction of Karine Ricard, this compelling play will grace the stage at Berkeley Street Theatre from November 2 to 12, 2023.
