Right in the heart of Toronto…

Located on College Street in the heart of Toronto, the TfT studio is conducive to the creation and presentation of your works. Theatre, music, or even yoga: there is an infinite variety of art!

Equipment

The TfT provides you with 4 tables and 70 chairs. You will have the possibility to use the projectors and lights present on site, but also to add your own installations to our hanging grid! Black velvet curtains on rails cover the walls and a piano is present on site (tuning at your expense). We are also considering a projector and access to Wi-Fi is provided.

Please note: on weekdays, we do not accept musical rehearsals during office opening hours (9:30 am - 5:00 pm).

Information

Insurance

You will be required to provide proof of insurance (written proof of Public Liability / Property Damage certificate of insurance coverage) of at least $2 million, prior to the commencement of the tenancy. Many companies offer this service. Contact us if you need advice on this.

Rate

The rental rate for our studio is $30 per hour (excluding taxes), with a minimum of 4 hours total rental.

Surface and capacity

The studio can accommodate up to 100 people standing or up to 70 people seated. Its surface is 950 ft², or 88 m².

You will not believe your eyes !

Do not hesitate to make an appointment with us to visit the studio: we are available during the week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Payment

Only payments by check and cash for the exact rental amount will be accepted.
